Please see our guidelines below for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

  1. Returns or exchanges will be allowed within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. After 10 days a store credit will be provided. Anything after 15 days will not be accepted. 
  2. In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. 
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item. 
  4. All sale or clearance items, intimate apparel items, seasonal items, skincare items, special orders, shoes and footwear, and accessories are final sale - no refunds or exchanges. 
  5. Once your return or exchange has been made it can take 5-7 business days to see refund on your account (depending on your bank). 
  6. All gift card purchases are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
