Please see our guidelines below for returning or exchanging your merchandise:
- All In-Store items may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or store credit only. After 15 days the item will not be accepted.
- In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All sale or clearance items, intimates, swimwear, hats, jewelry, skincare/body care items, special orders, shoes/footwear, and accessories are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
- Once your return or exchange has been made it can take 5-7 business days to see refund on your account (depending on your bank).
- All gift card purchases are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
- All On-line items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days that it was received. The item must be unworn with tags attached. If tags are not attached, the item will not be accepted for return. If items are received after the 7 day time limit, they will not accepted. Shipping returns are at the customers own expense
